Delete my Towndom account

Towndom asks for no email and no password: your “account” is a nickname tied to your install. You can delete it yourself in the app, or ask us by email if you no longer have the app.

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open Towndom, then tap your nickname to open Profile.
  2. Tap “Delete my account” and read what will be erased.
  3. Confirm: deletion is permanent and the app returns to the welcome screen.

By email

Write to [email protected] with your in-game nickname (and the device you used, if you can). We delete the matching account and confirm by reply. [email protected]

What is erased

  • your nickname and the technical identifier of your install;
  • your game: shares, treasury, level and experience, missions, badges, mayoralties, écus;
  • your place in leaderboards and leagues;
  • your referral code and your in-game purchase history on our server.

What may remain

  • technical server backups, which rotate and disappear after 14 days;
  • your purchase receipts at Google or Apple, which follow their own policies and which we do not control;
  • advertising data processed by Google AdMob, managed in your phone settings and in Profile, “Ad choices”.

Timing

Deletion from the app is immediate. For an email request, we answer within one month at the latest. Uninstalling the app from your phone does not erase the game: use one of the two methods above.
